喵~ 為食貓好奈無同大家介紹過甜品喇!

今次就同大家介紹下傳統既中式甜品-----

         豆腐花啦

係荃灣就有一條街, 兩間豆品名店並列, 直頭係豆腐花大格鬥啊!!

一間就係係元朗已經做到街知巷聞既 亞玉豆腐花,  

另一間就係主打有好多新口味既 贊和豆品最後我地選擇左多選擇d 既 贊和豆品!

Meow~ Today we love to share a Chinese dessert for you in Tsuen Wan.Is famous
Chinese Bean-curd desserts!

In Tsuen Wan, there are two Chinese  Soy products shops in one street.

One is Ah Yuk Soy Shop, another is Tsan Woo Soy Shop.Finally, we tried the last one.

睇下個MENU 先! 贊和豆品將多款中式甜品混合, 例如有黑芝麻豆腐花, 花生糊豆腐花同紅豆沙豆腐花等等。想試下特別味道既貓友就記得試下咸醬油豆腐花喇。最簡單既食物先係最難煮得好食, 所以為食貓就決定試食最基本既桂花冰糖豆腐花, 試下佢既真功夫!

As you can see, Tsan Woo has many soybean desserts. For example: Black sesame seeds with Bean-curd, Peanut cream with Bean-curd and Sweetened Red Bean with Bean-curd. If you want to try some special, don't miss the Soy sauce with Bean-curd.

Less is more, we decided to try the traditional one-Osmanthus sugar with Bean-

curd.

除左豆腐花, 贊和豆品仲有豆漿賣架~~

為食貓食完小食好口渴, 所以就叫左支薏米豆漿!

先講豆腐花先, 有淡淡既桂花糖香味, 非常之滑,

不過味道就稍為清淡, 鍾意濃味既朋友可能就要自己加多D 黃糖喇。

而豆漿方面, 豆味夠濃, 而且飲既時間會食到一粒粒薏米, 口感好特別呢~

Bean-curd dessert in Tsan Woo, it is smooth and has rich osmanthus sugar.

But the flaovor of soy is light, if you love more rich flavor ,you can add more osmanthus sugar by yourself.

Also, we drunk Soybean milk. This soybean milk is special because it added some Semen Coicis.Semen Coicis is good for strengthening spleen, arresting diarrhea, clearing heat and pus.

When you drunk milk with eating coicis, it tastes  good.

店內仲有自家製腐乳賣, 有分大, 中, 細 三個size, 

仲有唔同口味選擇, 有興趣可以買細裝去試下。

一樽樽腐乳並列, 成為左鋪頭既獨特裝飾!

In Chinese soy products shop, there is no surprise to see Fermented bean curd.It had small, middle and large size. If you are interested , buy one and try it with porridge.

These Fermented bean curd become a special display in the shop!

溫馨提示:  贊和豆品店面雖然細, 但店內都有一個小小區域, 可以俾客人企係入面食架!

今次試食既豆腐花質地夠曬滑, 但略嫌豆味唔夠濃。下次等為食貓試食埋亞玉豆腐花,

再同大家出個大比併啦!!!!!

Tips: Although the area of Tsan Woo Soy product shop is not large, it still has some area for you to eat the dessert.

The bean-curd in Tsan Woo is smooth, but it has not rich in soybean flavor.So , we decided to try An Yuk soy product shop next time.
