嘩嘩~~ 上次介紹完大鍋口海鮮火鍋，好多朋友都話諗住黎緊星期六日去食下。

湯底就講過啦，食品款式又咁多，今次為食貓就講下同打邊爐最夾既食品啦！

WOW~ Still remember we introduced Giant Seafood Hot Pot last time? Many friends and fans told us they gonna try it in this weekend.
We had introduce the soup and the foods. This time let me tell you the perfect match food of Hot Pot!

有咁多野食，究竟有啲咩食物，為食貓認為同打邊爐系最夾既呢？

Well, there are so many foods! For you, which one is the perfect match food of Hot Pot??

首選緊系肥牛啦！

The champion must be beef!

大鍋口既肥牛同呢個四川麻辣湯底簡直系絕配！
而且每碟肥牛既份量都唔少！
外邊好多任食火鍋既肥牛１碟得４、５塊咋～　每次要叫好多好多碟先夠食！
呢到就冇呢個問題，可以慢慢食完再叫，good呀！
為食貓火鍋肥牛食法：夾住肥牛放入鍋，慢慢左右來回拖３次，即可！咁就岩岩好唔會太生或者太熟啦！

The beef and the spicy soup really match with each other! And the serving size of beef is more than other restaurant! Others may only provide 4 or 5 pieces of beef per serving~~
(we need to order many times at other restaurant!)
Suggested method to eat by yummy cat: place the beef into the pot, and drag back and forth slowly around 3 times.


再黎多樣打邊爐絕配　－　響鈴

The next one is deep-fried beancurd crust

響鈴即系炸腐竹，好多人有唔同食法，有人鍾意林ｄ，有人鍾意脆ｄ，食法完全由你決定！
點解響鈴系絕配？？響鈴食落口感本來就唔錯，加上吸收左火鍋湯底既精華，唔洗我講，你都知好食啦！
為食貓推薦食法：夾住響鈴，放入鍋３秒之後即食，好食到不得了！又吸到湯，又保持到脆脆既口感！
不過唔講唔知，原來真正既響鈴系有餡架！(杭州菜)

There are many options to eat this food, some people like softer, some people like crispy, it's up to you! The texture of beancurd crust is really good. After it adsorb the soup, it become more tasty!
Suggested method to eat by yummy cat: put the beancurd crust into the Pot 3 seconds. Not only crispy but also absorb the soup! Really tasty, you must try it!
Tell you a secret, deep-fried beancurd crust is come from Hangzhou, and there should have some stuffing inside the beancurd crust.


再黎多樣都系眾所周知，系打邊爐時可以索哂ｄ湯既　－　牛柏葉！

Beef omasum - one of the famous Chinese foods

牛柏葉即系牛肚（牛胃），其實如果有黑牛柏葉，為食貓一定食黑牛柏葉！因為口感更爽！不過大鍋口就只得平時見到既白牛柏葉。

唔緊要！最重要既系，牛柏葉都系好吸收到火鍋湯底既味道！食既時候，爽口既牛柏葉充滿濃郁湯底，諗起都流哂口水！

為食貓認為比起前２樣食品，牛柏葉需要比較長既時間去吸收湯底。

所以呢，為食貓提提你：牛柏葉可以早啲放落鍋到，煮耐啲先食喔！

Beef omasum is one of the stomachs of cow. Actually, if there are black beef omasum, we must choose the black one. Becaues the black one is more bouncy. Unfortunately, Giant Seafood Hot Pot only got the white one.

Nvm, the point is beef omasum can also absorb the soup, and keep the bouncy texture. 

Compare with two food above, beef omasum need more time to cook.

So, a reminder from yummy cat: put the beef omasum into the Pot earlier, and cook longer to let'em absorb the soup.
