之後當晚為食貓去左"焗廚"，心情仍然未平伏呢~

焗廚個老闆娘都幾好招呼，所以我d怒氣開始消咁d.........為食貓二人同行叫左兩個Set Dinner
The service in Oven Kitchen is quite good. So i ordered 2 sets of dinner.

以食物質素同價錢黎講，為食貓覺得都算幾抵食，因為講緊$88蚊係有野食有野飲有湯飲，不過呢，碟意粉真係超級大碟＠＿＠　係咪想為食貓變大肥貓？？？

It's quite reasonable for the price and food quality because $88 for each set. But the spaghetti is very GIANT!  @_@

鮮茄火腿意粉拼豬仔骨 $88

意粉味道唔錯，好多汁，岩哂為食貓口味，鐘意濃少少既汁既味道，而且豬仔骨又整得唔錯喎！
The taste is really good and very juicy. The pork is quite good too.

卡邦尼意粉拼燒烤汁雞翼 $88

 呢個卡邦尼汁既味道算係好standard，不過佢加左少少炸蒜上去，又幾特別喎，質素當然唔可以同大酒店比，但同意粉屋或者一些運鎖餐廳計，算係幾好食～無令我失望.....可是，個雞翼水準認真一般般，有雪味而且同個汁唔係好夾，我都唔識講，仲要有4隻大大隻咁多，總之個雞翼唔太好食啦  /__\

總括而言都要俾個手指公佢既，各位肥粉可以一試！

SPD4459 海南為食貓—海南雞專門店

又到了星期日，大家今天會打算去哪裡吃飯呢。來看看今天為食貓給大家推薦的餐廳吧，說不定看完就有種想去的欲望呢。

It’s Sunday again, where are you going to eat today? See what restaurant I recommend and you may want to go there.

這間就是為食貓要給大家推薦的餐廳啦，名字叫做金雞去骨海南雞專門店，喜歡海南雞飯的朋友們一定不要錯過了。

This is the restaurant I am going to introduce. If you like eating chicken, then go there.

這家店雖然只是一般小飯館的格局，沒什麼裝修可言，但仍算乾淨整潔。功能表其實也非常簡單，因為為食貓很肚餓，便飛快得點了個金雞餐

It’s just a small restaurant and no decoration, but is very clean. Menu is also very simple, because I am very hungry, so I ordered very fast.

首先上來的是老火湯，顏色非常漂亮，可以看出有一點油，但並不油膩。南瓜已經煮爛，所以味道已經完全融入了湯內，嘗起來鮮甜可口。喝完之後為食貓胃口大開，已經迫不及待想吃到海南雞啦。

The first is soup, the color is very beautiful. And there is a little oil. The pumpkin is integrated into the soup and taste good.

大概又等了五分鐘，海南雞飯被端了上來。正如其名--去骨海南雞，雞肉已經去了骨頭，不僅吃起來非常方便，還能感受那種完全享受食物的體驗。雞皮油黃且厚，肉白細嫩，雖然有點帶血，但肉質非常嫩滑。整隻雞雖然稍欠雞味，但雞皮香軟無比，連皮帶肉吃口感最好。

Waiting about another five minutes, chicken is coming. All bones are put away so I can enjoy the food well. The meat is very fresh and it’s better to eat with the fur.

醬汁有三款可以選擇，都是自家製。豉油帶些微香甜，不會很濃稠；薑蔥磨得非常細，不太鹹，比平時廣東燒味清新；辣椒醬的顏色雖然嚇人，其實跟薑蒜混和，不會很辣，反而有點開胃。

There are three sauces and made by themselves. You can choose which you like when you are eating it.
