叉燒為食貓——聯發燒臘飯麵家Luen Fat Restaurant
今天又到了為食貓的茶餐廳推薦時間了。經過了一個星期的工作學習後大家一定也非常辛苦吧，不在這裡為食貓要告訴大家其實吃東西是解除疲勞的最好方法噢。那麼接下來就跟著為食貓一起看看今天又什麼好吃的食物。

to introduce food restaurant. After working and studying for a week, many of you
must be very tired. Yummy cat would like to tell you that eating is the best
way to release pressure. So, follow us and see the delicious foods.
這間就是為食貓今天要介紹的茶餐廳——聯發燒臘飯麵家。聯發其實在荃灣已經有很久歷史，並且以燒味出名。雖然沒有華麗的裝修，只以簡單的黃色點綴，但顧客仍然絡繹不絕，
人潮湧動。
This is the restaurant that yummy cat is going to
talk about. The name of it is Luen Fat Restaurant. It is famous for Chinese
barbecue in Tsuen Wan. The decoration is not gorgeous, only use some yellow
color, but the number of customers is very large.

Here is the menu.
叉燒燒肉飯是必須要有的。為食貓嘗過之後感覺叉燒比較黏，甜味也比較足，可能有些人會覺得偏甜，但為食貓感覺剛剛好\(^o^)/~。燒肉皮非常脆，但可惜稍微硬了點，燒肉色澤比較鮮紅，肥瘦均勻，咬起來十分鬆軟，而且甜味豐富，米飯的口感也很好，總之一定不能錯過！
Char Siew Rice is the one must eat. After eating it, yummy
cat think that the meat is kind
of sticky and pretty sweet. Some people may think it is too sweet but I think
it is fine. The fur is very crisp but a little tough. The meat and rice are also
very soft. Overall speaking, you cannot miss it.
接下來一道是叉燒燒鵝飯
The next food is roasted goose.
還沒有開始吃燒鵝的香味就撲鼻而來，讓為食貓垂涎欲滴了。嘗過之後感覺燒鵝的肉質稍嫌些少了一些勁道，但是鵝的味道卻非常濃厚，而且連上面的鵝皮都不輸肉的味道，美味到就算不用旁邊的鴨醬都沒問題。
Before eating it,
the good smell makes yummy cat drool. After finishing eating, yummy cat thinks
the meat lacks some strain, but still has thick taste. The taste of fur is as
good as the meat. It is fine that if you do not use the sauce because it is too
good.
