講到越南菜，大家一定識食撈檬同生牛肉湯河。所以，小編今次帶為食貓試越南野就當然會食啲特別啲架啦～ 不過估唔到稀有度爆晒燈嘅金翅中伏鳥都俾小編搵到，如果有人想收服佢嘅，可以試下去 －老趙越南風味餐廳。
When thinking of Vietnamese-style food, Rare Beef Noodle would first come out of your mind. So, this time, Yummy Cat is going to taste something other than Noodle~ :)

HKD98, same as chewing gum =-=, for the rice, it is red, ONLY red, taste nothing, the lettuce is SUPER oil.

唔係成日食越南野嘅朋友可能連「濱海」呢個名都未聽過，小編唔敢做專家，維基話「濱海」又名「問餅」，越南民間流傳該餅起源自南越平定省，因為成日俾人問，所以叫問餅，但小編更想問：點解香港人叫佢做「濱海」＠＠ 求高人留言指教 LOL
I don't really WHAT is the Netted Vermicelli, so, I asked Wiki, 'Bánh hỏi originated from the Bình Định Province of Vietnam's South Central Coast region.'

Here comes another questions: the Spring Roll was so huge, the Netted Vermicelli was so big, but the lettuce was so small. I can't put them all in a roll and eat that.

For the rest of the food, not that bad, BUT I won't come back, and I am afraid of Vietnam food now.

為食貓覓食時間又到啦，今次大家估下我地ge為食推介係乜。無錯就係烏冬！！！講到食烏冬又點可以吾提自家烏冬，烏冬就係其中一個就方法等我地可以了解東洋文化。

It’s the time for Yummy Cat to search taste again, let's guess what we are going to promote to you guys. It’s Udon!!! You should mention Jika Udon when talking about udon. When you decide to learn more about Japanese culture, udon is one of the best elements for understand this country.

香港人對日本野不嬲有獨特見解，但好多人都會嫌幾十蚊食碗烏冬好貴仲要選擇少份量吾多，又有幾多人明白到一碗烏冬入面到底藴藏左幾多精神同心血。

Hong Kong people always have special insights into Japanese culture, but some of them are willing to eat pay for udon due to the unreasonable price and limit choices. However, how many of you can understand what is included in a bowl of udon?

一入到發現環境都幾闊落，坐得幾舒服服務員仲即刻攞左幾杯茶黎，服務態度吾錯。望望餐牌，選擇都幾多下，啱晒要求多多ge為食貓

When we get inside the store, we were very satisfied with their environmental conditions and customer services of their staff. Took a look at the menu, there were lots of choices for us and could best meet the needs of Yummy Cat.

黎得自家烏冬就梗係要食烏冬，我地分別叫左韓風海鮮湯烏冬、蟹柳野菜餅烏冬、炸蝦野菜餅掛烏冬同蜆肉忌廉什菌烏冬。烏冬賣相一般般啦，但味道還不錯，特別係d湯，大家都好滿意

The best dishes are their udon, therefore we have ordered Udon with Seafood in Soup in Korean Style, Udon with Crab Stick and Vegetable Cake, Udon with Fried Shrimp and Vegetable Cake and Udon with Clams and Cream mushrooms respectively. The appearance of udon not as attractive as the menu, but it tastes quite good especially the soup. 

不得不提就係佢d小食，有糖心蛋、牛油焗什菌、芝士年糕及燒鯖魚，味道比我想像中好，真係好滿足XDD

I would also like to recommend their refreshments including Coddled Egg, mushroom baked in butter, Deep-fried Cheese Glutinous Dumplings and Broiled mackerel. The taste was even much better than what we expect and we felt so very satisfied XDD

SPD 4459 得獎之選 - 荃灣金裝燉奶佬餐廳 Daniel's Restaurant

又到星期日了, 今日為食貓睡得很久, 十一點才起床, 很肚餓呀! 是時候要吃午飯了! 先看看雜誌介紹有什麼好吃!

Today is Sunday, I am sleeping until 11:00am and very hungry now, let have a lunch first. Give me a magazine and see where a delicious food has in Tsuen Wan.

嘩! 這一間來頭很勁, 由一間小型的糖水鋪,不斷擴充分店至成為一間具規模的茶餐廳, 我相信它一定很好食的呢 ! 再看看下一頁

Wow, this restaurant is very powerful! In the past; it is only a small dessert shop, but now it is a big Hong Kong style restaurant, I think this restaurant is very good. Let see the second pages.

 

原來金裝燉奶佬奪了飲食天王的大獎, 這個獎的認受性很高, 因為很多餐廳都想爭奪這個天王寶座, 競爭非常大, 燉奶佬憑著其創意菜式和獨特味道拿到, 一定是技驚四座!

In fact, Daniel's Restaurant got the King of Catering Awards! This prize is very difficult to get due to the keen competition. Their effort in creating the innovative and delicious food are accepted by the public.

Therefore, let me try this cuisine today. 

在遠處即被那張招牌海報吸引著, 最具創意獎和銀獎
 –  巴基斯坦咖喱

這個菜式能夠奪得兩個大獎, 它的味道肯定是超班,  
今日來到不可能不吃這個招牌菜式吧。

In the far sight, I am attracted by this poster – The top innovation and sliver prize – Pakistan curry! This dishes can get two big trophy, it is needless to say that there food is very delicious. Today I must try this cuisine. 

它的咖喱非常香, 內裏充滿著巴基斯坦特式香料, 那些牛腩均用上昂貴的新鮮牛腩, 再配搭那些不算太辛辣的咖喱汁真的恰到好處, 非常合香港人口味! 再放在那些油香味的香酥餅上吃, 口中那些咖喱肉汁四濺, 感覺非常新鮮。

The curry is good smell, it include Pakistan flavoring, and the beef brisket are using fresh beef, mix with not too spicy curry which is very match. And then put all the thing into the Naan, all the curry go around your mouth, so interesting.

現在口腔內有點辣, 最適合食甜品去中和一下

這個黑糖燉奶非常軟滑, 入口即溶, 而且非常有益, 新鮮牛奶充滿鈣質, 而黑糖也較冰糖和黃糖健康, 對於愛美的女性, 不但不會令你體重增加, 反而令你的皮膚變得更 
細緻幼滑, 值得推薦喵!

This king of milk and egg white pudding with black sugar is very nice! It really melts in my mouth. Also this is beneficial to all of us especially girl. It is because it include a lot of calcium and using healthy black sugar which will not let girl become fatter.

總結: 這兩款茶式雖然得了大獎, 但價錢絕不昂貴, 咖喱牛腩連香酥餅只需港幣$51蚊, 而燉奶更只需要付 $21蚊, 吃唒兩大得獎菜式合共不需$100, 學生也能負擔得起, 在這個通脹高企的香港, 簡值是物超所值, 不得不讚燉奶佬是一間良心企業, 支持你呀喵!

Conclusion: Although the above cuisine is getting two big prizes, the price is not expensive. For beef brisket with curry only cost $51 and milk pudding is only cost $21, total is not exceeding $100, a lot of students can afford it! Under the high inflation rate, this cuisine id economical! Let us support them by feet!
